This month, CCLLAB welcomes Tim Crosland in Climate Change and Law Seminars with his lecture on “climate breakdown, the right to life, and the right to rebel”. Event is open to public via Zoom. No formal registration required; we would appreciate however if you confirmed your participation by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
Tim was previously a UK Government lawyer, who also provided legal advice to some of the small island states at COP21 (which culminated in the Paris Agreement). Tim now spends most of his time either suing the Government or being prosecuted by the Government for actions relating to climate breakdown.
