Climate Change Litigation in the European Court of Human Rights

We would like to invite you to our first event this month. It’s our privilege to welcome Marc Willers KC in our seminar series! On May 8th, we will be honored by the lecture of Willers with the title “Climate Change Litigation in the European Court of Human Rights”. We will be happy to welcome you in our event and we are looking forward to the discussions on recent ECtHR decisions touching upon climate change!

Marc is a barrister and a member of the English and Irish Bars. Marc is a senior member of Garden Court Chambers in London and he specialises in environmental law and climate justice; human rights; planning law; public and administrative law; and discrimination law, with a particular emphasis on the representation of Gypsies, Travellers and Roma.
